Sammie set up a time to send a design consult out to evaluate my project. I met with Chan and she went over all aspects of my project. Chan used an IPad program and we were able to design my bathroom from scratch together. This experience was much more interactive than quotes I got in the past from other contractors. Chan was my dedicated design consultant and was there through the entire process to ensure every small detail and product was ordered correctly. My project manager was there to insure everything was installed exactly the way I wanted it. We scheduled the install 3 weeks out.
